During our initial consultation, one of our consultants will ask several questions to determine your goals and help lay out a plan. We will go over helpful tips when it comes to budgeting and help position yourself to invest in a rental property. We want to make sure you are comfortable and all your questions are answered. By first determining your real estate investment goals, we can then lay out a plan to help get you there.
LET'S LOCATE YOUR PROPERTY
Each market is different from the pricing, returns, neighborhood and other factors which we will go over with you. Based on the information we gather during the initial consultation, our team will scout out to find the right property for you. After we identify the property, we will go in-depth on the cost, ROI (return on investment), neighborhood and other details so you can be confident in your decision. For each property we present over to you, there will be a detailed data analysis sheet on the property.
OPTIONS TO FUND YOUR INVESTMENT
There are multiple outlets to fund your next investment. The traditional ways include – Cash, Your IRA or the most commonly used Conventional Financing. We can go over each option in detail.
Our preferred nationwide lender can help assist with the pre-approval process, all the way to closing.
DUE DILIGENCE ON THE PROPERTY
Once a property is selected and you get into contract, there will be a window of time to handle all of your due diligence on the property. Which will consist of your home inspection, choosing an insurer to gather quote(s) for home insurance and appraisal if needed. We do have our own preferred vendors (non-affiliated) you may use or can choose any of your own services. Either way we will walk you through the entire process.

Congrats! You just closed a deal. But don’t you worry, we’re going to walk you through on tracking your investment and steps to take to ensure your new rental property stays on track for years to come. All from the comfort of your own home.
WHEN YOU ARE READY TO SELL
We’ll be here to help with your “Exit Strategy”. When the time comes and you are ready to sell, we can walk you through the process. The entire process can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
